A graduate of the University of Georgia, Cam holds a Master's degree in communication and has worked in the web design field for ten years. In the spring of 2007, Cam and her husband, Ben Collins, purchased the company where they had been employed since 2004, and The Bliss Agency was born.

Cam has developed websites for many individuals and industries, including artists, musicians, non-profits, retailers and others. Cam is experienced in both design and programming (PHP, MySQL, WebDNA, CSS, XHMTL, XML, WML, JavaScript). She is also familiar with Unix and Linux system administration, including the Apache web server, BIND, Spam Assassin, and other open source software.

Cam's communication background brings an added bonus to her clients — excellent copywriting skills. Using words creatively and effectively is a crucial, but often overlooked, component of web development. Creative, compelling content and effective marketing messages especially tailored for the web are invaluable assets for today's businesses.
